Understanding your personal biases and mindset right now is another excellent starting point. Have you created some self-limiting beliefs that are holding you back? It is often the case that most people have stopped doing activities that they are capable of but stopped doing because of a lack of confidence more than anything. If that is the case for any of your activities, please write them down… challenge yourself to find a way to resume the activities that give you joy. Let us help you.
