This week I am challenging you to choose a regular movement and turn it into an exercise.
Incorporating PD Warrior principles into day to day movement is crucial for the long term management of Parkinson’s. A recent study showed that adults sit to stand an average of 45 times per day. Imagine if you applied amplitude, power and high effort to each one of those stands… that’s 45 extra repetitions on top of your daily exercise routine!
My challenge is for you to choose 1 regular movement and “PD Warriorfy” it. Next month add another movement and so on.
