Online Coaches Tip of the Week – Movement Pt.2 – Environmental Set Up
Today I run through 2 key points when it comes to the ideal environmental set up during your exercise sessions:
1. Space
2. Support
In order for you to get the most out of your exercise sessions you need to feel that you have enough space to stretch out to your full potential and you must also feel safe and stable in your positioning. If you are having to concentrate too much on your balance you are unlikely to be achieving 80% effort on your repetitions so adding some upper body support (even if you don’t use it) can go along way.
