Last week we introduced you to our June Warrior Spirit Award winner – Eddie Anderson.
This week we look at some evidence of his progress throughout the 10 week challenge. From an exercise perspective we see Eddie improve his stability, power, accuracy and most importantly we can see a recalibration of the effort he is able to produce in his movement.
Although we did not practice any Cornett playing in our sessions (in fact I didn’t even know what a Cornett was until meeting Eddie!) we see and hear Eddie improve his crispness, volume and control.
Next week, I will be interviewing Eddie and discussing some of these left field improvements he noticed as he progressed through the challenge.
