The 10 Week Challenge is a specific Parkinson’s neurological rehab program created by Dr Melissa McConaghy, that combines exercise and education to provide you with the tools to learn how to exercise for your particular type of PD and lessen your symptoms.
Preparation week has been designed to ensure you can set yourself up safely and to get the most out of the program. It is important to allow yourself plenty of time to complete the whole checklist prior to commencing the intensive 10 weeks.
