The 10 Week Challenge is a specific Parkinson’s neurological rehab program created by Dr Melissa McConaghy, that combines exercise and education to provide you with the tools to learn how to exercise for your particular type of PD and lessen your symptoms.
Prep Week has been designed to ensure you can set yourself up safely and to get the most out of the program. It is important to allow yourself plenty of time to complete the checklist prior to commencing the intensive 10 week program. Each week, new content will be released. Work your way through each day and be sure to reach out if you have any questions.
It is also a good idea to join the private group here where you can reach out to others on the same journey, introduce yourself or ask for peer support or feedback.
