    This is very good and confirms what the research says: that humans are not made to sit for prolonged periods of time, but neither are we made to stand in one position for long periods. There is a saying in ergonomics that says “the best position is the next position” meaning just that, we are meant to move around. Our biochemistry responds positively to movement and negatively to sedentarism or prolonged static postures.
