I certainly love my Netflix in the evening too! It also makes me aware how much of our environment is set up for sitting. Sitting becomes a real problem when it exceeds more than 6 hours daily, (which, in America is not hard to do) but we are also learning that even brief interruptions help negating the negative effects somewhat. Regardless, we should try to change our environment as well as our behavior to fight this modern pandemic. (“Environment” can go as far as city planning, where people can walk to the places they need (school, work, stores, community) etc. But now I am getting a bit off topic…) Thank you for your kind words and interest. Please let me know if you have any more questions. Be creative. Set up a standing desk in your home by placing a box on a table. My husband does this everywhere when he travels. Or a sitting bike in front of the tv. 🙂
