Thank you for your clear summary of vision issues in PD.
A query on the treatment options for ‘double vision’ caused by convergence insufficiency. I have PD related convergence insufficiency and saw an orthoptist who taught me some simple eye convergence exercises to do for a few minutes each day. The orthoptist said she traditionally used prisms but more recently tried convergence exercises first. After 6 weeks of regular exercises my symptoms had resolved, confirmed by objective testing. I now do the exercises twice a week to maintain the improvement.
I am interested in your thoughts on eye convergence exercises as a treatment.
