Here you can check in and review the progress you have made across the 10 Weeks of the Challenge.
Comparing your results
Please take the time to re-do your self-assessment and compare this to the one you did during Prep Week.
If your results stayed the same or if you made small improvements in your outcome scores, then good for you! Parkinson’s disease is a progressive condition so even staying the same in terms of your outcome scores is a victory.
Of course, everyone improves at different levels and this can depend on many things including how much time you spent doing the exercises, how much effort you put in and also, how much feedback you got during the program. It is no secret why personal training is a $500 million dollar industry. Most people do better when they are being watched, pushed and encouraged.
If you found that you had enormous gains, either in movement, mindset, fatigue levels, focus and memory then give yourself a huge pat on the back. Either way, you have worked hard so please take some time to reward yourself and celebrate with others.
You can also download your reflection journal & the tracker report to get an idea of how your mindset and exercise output has changed (hopefully for the better) across the 10 Weeks.
