10 Week Challenge Wrap up week – Dashboard

Congratulations on completing the 10 Week Challenge!

Now that you have finished the PD Warrior 10 Week Challenge, please take some time to go and celebrate and get the reward you promised yourself!

There are no scheduled exercise or education modules this week, being it’s now the evaluation week, however there are a few things that you need to think about to make sure that your hard work and gains do not go to waste.

Firstly, we encourage you to do a final assessment this week to check in and see the progress you have made since beginning the challenge.

Then, you have to think long term. Consider starting to consolidate what you have learned during the challenge and start putting your efforts into practice daily. As Mel often says ‘Parkinson’s doesn’t go on holidays and you can’t afford to rest now.’

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE WEEK

1. Complete the Self-Assessment in the purple icon above to review the progress you have made since starting the challenge.

     2. Find out in the ‘Next steps’ icon what we recommend, now the challenge is finished.

           3. Download your Certificate & print and display it proudly in your home to remind you of your achievement.

         4.   Fill in the ‘Survey’ below for us below so we can continue to strive improving the program for others following in your footsteps. If you also feel like proudly shouting to the world about some of your WOW moments (even small ones are great), please send us an email at hello@pdwarrior.com and we can showcase your wins to our eager audience who love to be inspired.

Complete the survey

We would really appreciate your time to help us make the 10 Week Challenge even better. We know that you are busy but the survey will only take 5 minutes of your time and the information you provide is invaluable to us. Your survey response is completely anonymous and is purely for data collection to be used to make our program better.

If you had a great experience and are happy to help us spread the word, please leave us a 5 star Google review here

Tracker

Tracker

The tracker is designed to help you track the amount of time you spend in scheduled exercise each day. Scheduled exercise is activity you have prioritised in your day for health and to help slow your Parkinson’s down. This might include PD Warrior exercise, fast walking, golfing, going to the gym etc. It does not include incidental activity such as housework & gardening (although we hope this increases too). The aim of the tracker is to help you build an exercise habit and to keep you accountable, so try and enter something each day.
At the end of the 10 Week Challenge you can download and review your overall performance.
