HOW TO CONNECT
During the 10 Week Challenge we provide you with plenty of opportunities to connect, ask questions and celebrate your wow moments.
There are three live chat sessions scheduled throughout the challenge in Week 1, Week 4 and Week 8. All welcome and the session is recorded for those who cannot make it.

PRIVATE GROUP CHAT
You are welcome to hop into the PRIVATE GROUP CHAT at any other time to ask us questions and connect with other people doing the 10 Week Challenge.
SUPPORT GROUP
Each month we also run a peer-led Support Group. The Support Group is a safe place to connect with other like-minded people. This session is hosted live only.
